We have two coarse fishing lakes on site, both of them offering completely different challenges. One is shallower and rich in surface vegetation while the other is somewhat deeper, allowing us to stock carp to well over twenty pounds in weight. Both lakes are teeming with fish.
The nearer pond is particularly good fun on the pole as this visiting angler demonstrates with a good bag on a whip. It is also stocked with carp.
The far pond - with convenient parking nearby - is where our bigger fish roam but there are also plenty of smaller fish to keep you busy while waiting for that specimen to bite. Children, in particular, seem to enjoy the fun to be had on the pole while Dad waits to awe them with the size of his carp! We have had some excellent weights recorded on this lake in matches.
