Details
Conveniently located just 2 miles from the beautiful market town of Moreton-in-Marsh, Lemington Lakes is a privately owned fishery set in 75 acres of outstanding Cotswold countryside.
Lemington lakes is owned and operated by husband and wife team Andy and Debbie Machin who ran Suffolk’s Foxearth fishery for nine years and transformed it from an uninspiring venue into a thriving and prolific Carp fishery. The magic that transformed Foxearth is paying off at Lemington lakes where an ongoing fishery management project to make the site totally self sufficient is being carried out in conjunction with Independent Fishery Consultant Andrew Ellis. Purpose built Rearing and growing on facilities are an important part of the development to safeguard the long-term future of the sport. No fish are stocked from outside sources, this combined with sensible stock levels ensure good sport, healthy fish, and no fish-kills.
The fishery consists of five fishing lakes, to cater for all types of angler. Apart from the Specimen Lake, every peg is suitable for a wheelchair and made to a high standard. Every aspect of the development is taken seriously and the site is a far cry from the all too common “hole in the ground” fisheries.
Fishing is from 7am to Dusk All Year Round.
