Oaks Lakes

The Oaks Lakes, Sessay were opened in 1994. We originally opened with 1 lake; Willows. In 1996 we added the Oaks and Firs Lakes , followed in 1998, by Alders Lake ; this was soon followed by Poplars Lake , Maple Lake and the newly opened Cedar Lake (opened in November 2003). There are 4 main match lakes at The Oaks; Cedar (matches only), Poplar, Maple and Alders. The other 3 lakes, Firs, Oaks and Willows are always open to allow pleasure fishing. Pleasure fishing can also take place on Poplars, Maple and Alders providing that no matches are taking place. There is a notice to the entrance to the fishery providing information about which lakes have matches booked/taking place. As well as 7 lakes we also have a Tackle Shop and a Café, that are open 7 days a week.

Onny Vale Fishery

Onny Vale is set in the peaceful hills of the Mid Shropshire and Powys border, which is a designated area of outstanding natural beauty. There are five lakes/pools set below Corndon Hill, overlooked by Staperley Hill. Three pools are for Trout, Fly Fishing Only and the other two are for coarse fishing.

Orchid Lakes

Situated in the heart of the Thames Valley, just south of Oxford approximately one mile from the delightful and historic village of Dorchester-on-Thames, Orchid Lakes has a long history and fine reputation for providing carp angling which is second to none. Last year 117 30s were landed along with hundreds of fish up to 30lbs. All 30lb carp are photographed night or day regardless of the time.

Packington Fisheries

Packington Fisheries are located in mature landscapes on the Packington Estate in the Heart of England at Meriden. The trout fishery comprises six lakes - all with superb scenic appeal and are well stocked with fin perfect Rainbow and Brown Trout. Minimum stock size is 1 1/4lb, the record Rainbow is 17lb 12oz and Brown Trout 5lb 14oz. Our Coarse Fishery consists of seven pools, four stock ponds and a stretch of the River Blythe. The fishery is permanently manned and the ticket office is stocked with a small amount of tackle, bait and refreshments.

Pallington Lakes is a fantastic lake complex set in the heart of Dorset’s tranquil countryside bordering the River Frome. The 25 acre site is made up of three lakes totaling 14 acres of water. Each spring-fed lake is highly individual with a host of features such as deep margins, gravel bars and islands. This makes for a wonderful natural fishing environment that is both beautiful and a challenge to anglers.

Passies Pond

There are two lakes that cater for both the pleasure and match anglers with a total of 120 pegs. One lake is for the pleasure angler and are not targeted for large or single species. Where as there are carp to 25lbs there is a lot of other smaller species with many specimens so a truly great day can be had by all.

Plantations Lakes Fishery

Plantation Lakes opened in 1994. The complex has three lakes open at the moment and all are all heavily stocked with a wide variety of coarse fish. The coarse and carp lakes were dug in the summer of 1994 and opened for fishing the following November. The match or horseshoe lake as it is also known was dug in the autumn of 1999 and opened for fishing in February 2000.

Ravenfield Ponds coarse fishery is situated near the village of Old Ravenfield, near Rotherham in South Yorkshire. The fishery is situated in a secluded valley that makes for a peaceful days fishing, away from traffic noise, with beautiful scenery and a large range of flora and fauna, some unique to the site. The fishery is made up of six fishing lakes that contain tench, crucian carp, bream, roach, rudd, perch, gudgeon, eels, mirror carp and common carp. There are several car parks on site and vehicular access is by key only, making it very safe car parking.
